Meet Debbie Infield, our Executive Director at Oakmont of Orange.
Debbie comes to Oakmont of Orange with 12 years of experience in the senior living industry, and 3 years of experience with Oakmont Senior Living. She has held positions ranging from Marketing Director to Regional Director of Operations. In these roles, she has excelled in providing exceptional resident care, delivering excellent customer service, and attracting and retaining high-performing employees.
When asked why she was drawn to work in senior living, she says, “I was raised by two wonderful grandparents who taught me the value of hard work, respect, compassion and serving others. I have always felt especially protective and comfortable with the senior population, and being able to serve in this industry allows me to pay homage to the memory of my grandparents every day.” Industry leaders have recognized Debbie’s passion and commitment to the field; she was awarded the Executive Director of the Year in 2012 and 2013 by Emeritus Senior Living.
With her accolades and experience, Debbie could have selected any senior living organization to work for. When we asked her why she selected Oakmont Senior Living, she said, “Having worked for large senior living providers, I can confidently say that working for a family owned and operated senior living organization positively impacts all aspects of senior living; from communication, to resident care, to the feeling of family that Oakmont communities provide.”

Although easy to access from the 22, 5, 55 and 57 freeways (making it easy for families to visit), the location retains a “neighborhood” feel, with sweeping views of the Angeles National Forest to the north and the Orange and Santiago Hills to the East.

In her free time, Debbie enjoys home improvement projects and interior design, riding horses, hiking the hills of Palos Verdes and walking the canals of Naples Island in Long Beach.
